Delivery Model

Our delivery model for the entire back office operations makes sure that each and every process followed has a documented methodology. A coordinated project management system captures critical client documentation and incorporates an extensive knowledge base that assist the transition management team in understanding, duplicating and migrating mission-critical business processes.

This delivery model is unique and involves experienced managers and blends senior, junior and medium resources. Our Local Project Manager (LPM) in UK/US (depending on the geographical location of the client) will act as the first level contact for the client. LPM will work with client managers to gather requirements, define deliverables & schedules and will be responsible for the delivery of projects. We also assign a Remote Project Manager (RPM) who will work closely with our LPM. The RPM will manage the resources to deliver the project as per schedule. Our team will consist of resources to oversee complete life cycle of the project, including QA resources to ensure the quality of the delivered results.
